National Mentorship Movement is a nonprofit organisation that connects volunteer mentors with individuals and organisations, providing the guidance, structure, and support needed to unlock growth and long-term impact.
We operate through two key models:
NMM General Programme
We recruit, onboard, and support volunteer mentors who offer their time and expertise to individuals seeking mentorship across South Africa.
Organisational Mentorship Programmes
We partner with organisations with beneficiaries who could benefit from mentorship, design and implement tailored mentorship programmes aligned to their specific goals and development needs.

As a nonprofit, our programmes are delivered at highly subsidised NPO rates. Our work is driven by impact, not profit, and the costs of running these programmes are sustained through a combination of partnerships, programme fees, and donations.
