Mentorship is about more than just giving advice—it’s about sharing knowledge, experience, and perspective to help someone unlock their potential. As a mentor, you’ll have the opportunity to make a lasting impact while developing your own leadership and communication skills.

How it works:

• Register as a mentor on the platform via the website, indicating your preferences of the type of person you would like to mentor and what you offer
• Complete an onboarding process on the platform to prepare you for the journey
• Get matched: generally, we will match you to potential mentees who meet your preferences and will let you know whether you are prepared to accept or reject the match
• Complete the mentorship cycle which typically covers getting to know one another and building trust, getting direction and setting goals, getting value and achieving the goals and wrapping up/closing. Do not underestimate the importance of spending time getting to know one another at the beginning – the resulting trust will significantly enhance the quality and effectiveness of your relationship. We will also make available to you further information to guide your journey, and we will send you regular surveys so you can let us know how it is going – please complete and return them so that we can assist you if needed.
