
SOME OF OUR MOST RECENT AND CURRENT PROGRAMMES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
- CSIR: running an Entrepreneur Development Programme taking grass roots entrepreneurs through a structured journey “from pain to pitch” under the guidance of CSIR alumni
- Deloitte: providing mentorship support through retired partners to the current and aspirant board members attending the Deloitte Governance Academy
- IDC: running an internal group mentorship programme for staff to increase knowledge transfer and staff retention
- Mancosa: running a large, structured group programme with alumni supporting second and third year and post graduate students to make good decisions on their futures
- Nedbank: running their staff volunteer mentorship programme, mobilising and training Nedbank staff and then matching them to Nedbank supported NGOs and their beneficiaries
- Pernod Ricard: training Pernod Ricard’s staff and running the programme which sees them mentoring township entrepreneurs
- Primestars: run the in-cinema and in-school mentorship component of the What about the Boys programme working with high school learners to reinforce the anti-Gender Based Violence messages contained in the movie
- Reflective Learning with Standard Bank: running a mentorship programme for learners on the Standard Bank Money Wise programme through Reflective Learning
- V&A Waterfront: a compressed group mentorship programme to support Waterfront tenants.
PREVIOUS PROGRAMMES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
- Craft & Design Institute (CDI Capital): provided one-on-one mentorship support to entrepreneurs in the creative industry
- Da Vinci Institute: provided group mentorship support to unemployed youth on a New Venture Creation Programme training to start their own businesses.
- Fix Forward: providing a group mentorship programme to supplement a learning programme provided by Fix Forward for building contractors in Durban
- Old Mutual: a programme in partnership with ULP which involved interactive forums and group and one-on-one mentorship models to develop a strong community of confident, financially literate and ethical leaders and entrepreneurs
- Printing SA: a programme which supported employment, business sustainability and transformation in the printing and related industries through group and one-on-one mentorship
- Sanlam Investment Group: ran an internal mentorship programme with executives mentoring staff and the staff in turn mentoring grassroots entrepreneurs outside the organisation
- Standard Bank: ran the Mentor SA Programme providing group and one-on-one mentorship to small and medium enterprises
- Sunshine Cinema: used group mentorship to support township youth with their micro-businesses
- SuperSport: providing mentorship process and content support to a group of women in the Women in Sport Ally Programme to empower them to excel in the organisation
- Technology Innovation Agency (TIA): put in place a mentorship platform and a volunteer mentor community in support of entrepreneurs in the innovation sector
- Tourism Business Council of South Africa: ran mentorship a programme for entrepreneurs and graduates of the industry’s executive development programme.
