Our model

Our model rests on three pillars:

1. Our platform
   Our Chronus mentorship platform is the foundation of our programme. It’s where mentors and mentees register, and where we onboard them, match them with the appropriate partner and manage their relationships.
2. Our partners
   We work with a wide range of partners whose who have programmes and beneficiaries who will benefit from mentorship, as well as partners whom we can approach to mobilise mentors.
3. Our programmes
   We design the appropriate programmes to meet the needs of our partners and their beneficiaries. These vary from the traditional one-on-one mentorship to group mentorship, peer mentorship and reverse mentorship, compressed models and extended ones, tightly curated and loose models, Our programmes span a variety of industries, sectors, and regions to support a diverse group of people achieve their unique goals.
