Our partnership with the National Mentorship Movement (NMM) enabled Sanlam Investment Group to develop an innovative internal mentorship initiative. The programme paired senior leaders with staff members, who subsequently mentored beneficiaries in a township social impact programme.
We mobilised and matched mentors and mentees together, and NMM project managed the mentorship programme with continual tracking and reporting. At the same time, they ran an ongoing comprehensive training programme and feedback sessions, which cultivated valuable mentoring skills and confident mentors.
Upon programme completion, NMM developed tailored learning modules and mentorship guidelines for our online platform, enabling us to take the programme in-house and ensuring seamless ongoing implementation.
We found NMM to be a professional, reliable, collaborative and innovative partner and can confidently recommend them other organisations looking to develop and implement a mentorship solution.
